Bubble & Brew Cleaning LLC is a local small cleaning service based in Sparta, WI and serving areas within a 40 mile radius. We bring our own eco-friendly, homemade, and bio-degradable supplies to every clean so your Air BNB / Vacation Rental property is always in good hands.

Services We Offer

All Rooms

Strip all used linens and towels

Dust all surfaces and furniture

Clean mirrors and interior windows

Wipe light switches and doorknobs

Empty all trash and replace liners

Vacuum and mop all floors

Remove any guest left-behind items

Photograph any damage or concerns

 

Kitchen

Wash dishes or run dishwasher

Wipe all appliances inside and out

Clean countertops and backsplash

Clean microwave inside and out

Clean stovetop and drip pans

Wipe exterior and interior of fridge

Scrub sink 

Bathrooms

Wipe all surfaces and vanity

 

Clean mirrors streak-free

Replace towels with fresh set

Restock paper products if provided

Scrub and sanitize toilet inside and out

Scrub shower/tub and showerhead

Clean sink and polish faucet

 

Bedrooms

Make bed neatly

Wipe down nightstands

Check under bed and in closets

 

Living Areas

Fluff and straighten cushions and pillows

Fold throw blankets neatly

Wipe remotes and electronics

 

 

Final Walk Through

Walk through every room as a very thorough guest would

Check all lights are working

Set heat/AC to host preferred temp

Lock all doors and windows

Send completion notice and any photos to host

 

What We Cannot Offer:

Lawn Maintanence (including garden work, mowing lawn, snow removal, etc)

Pool or Hot tub Maintanence

Cleaning any biohazards (blood, urine, fecal matter etc)

Any Renovations

Go on ladders (can use a 3 step stool but nothing beyond that) 

Take Trash off-site

  • All tools to complete the clean
  • Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels)
  • Trash bags
  • Laundry detergent
  • Fresh linens for each turnover (if bedding is to be changed)
  • Any guest amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.)
